Sharon Holly

During her experience with breast cancer, Sharon Holly (C-IAYT/YTRx-800c, E-RYT®500, RCYT®, YACEP®) found yoga to be such a tremendous part of her healing process that she returned to school and became a Certified Yoga Therapist. In addition to group classes for adults and children, Sharon works privately with students who need additional support in healing physically, mentally & emotionally from their experiences with cancer. She feels blessed to to give back the gifts that were given to her and continue to help her on her path of health and wellness. Sharon is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
