Don Henry

Don is a certified Yoga therapist (C-IAYT) and teacher trained in traditional Eastern approaches to Yoga practice and healing, as well as in the contemporary integration of Yoga principles and practice into Western medical treatment models. Most frequently, he also studied sound healing (an additional 200 hours) and Instinctive Meditation (also an additional 200 hours).

He creates and applies custom yoga therapy interventions for private clients, as well as therapeutically-themed Yoga classes and sound baths for groups and organizations—often focusing on the 40 to 70-year-old population.

Don is also both a book and screenwriter, a producer, and has directed films. Recently he co-authored a Yoga book, and also provided photography for various international publishing projects. His Yoga credentials include;
