Pan Pacific Senior Activity Center

The Department of Recreation and Parks operates 29 senior citizen centers throughout the City. They offer activities, programs, and special events such as shuffleboard, croquet, arts and crafts, Zumba, line dancing, language lessons, oil painting, and social dancing. Some centers offer a nutrition program through the Department of Aging. 
There is a nominal fee per class.

Culver City Senior Center

The center offers a variety of activities and programs such as Tai Chi, Zumba, Mat Pilates, Yoga, Karaoke and more. The Center partners with the Culver City Senior Citizens Association, Inc. (CCSCA). To participate in activities and events offered by the CCSCA in partnership with the City of Culver City, older adults ages 50+ may register in person at the center to become a CCSCA member.

There are 26 centers across Los Angeles County that provide a place to play, learn, be healthy, eat well, and give back. They provide seniors with a way to connect and stay physically and mentally active.

Kits to Heart: Art for Cancer Wellness

Every season, Kits to Heart offers free, virtual Art for Cancer Wellness workshops for patients, caregivers, survivors, and healthcare workers. Participants are guided to explore a theme designed to explore feelings, increase self-expression, foster hope, and strengths, identify coping skills, and engage in mindfulness and grounding. Materials are included and no art experience necessary!
