Breast Cancer Awareness Month: Honoring the Past, Driving Research Forward

Dear Friends of Tower Cancer Research Foundation,

October marks Breast Cancer Awareness Month — a time when communities across the globe come together in solidarity, remembrance, and hope. At Tower Cancer Research Foundation, this month holds special meaning as we continue advancing the fight against breast cancer through the Dr. Susan Love Breast Cancer Research Fund.

Dr. Susan Love was a trailblazer, a fierce advocate, and a visionary whose life’s work transformed how the world understands and treats breast cancer. Tower proudly carries forward her legacy — supporting pioneering research that not only seeks better treatments but also strives to prevent breast cancer before it begins, as well as provide initiatives that support those living with this horrible disease.

Every dollar invested in this fund strengthens the bridge between scientific discovery and patient impact. Through our support of cutting-edge clinical research, the work being done ensures that patients and their families benefit from innovation, compassion, and progress. This month, as pink ribbons remind us of the journey still ahead, Tower stands firm in its mission to empower researchers, honor survivors, and remember those we have lost.

Together — with your support — Tower Cancer Research Foundation is writing the next chapter of cancer research and patient support, fueled by the determination and spirit that not only Dr. Love embodied, but that which is carried forth each day by our countless donors, volunteers, and staff.

We invite you to learn more about the projects supported through TCRF, to share your stories, and contribute today — join us in building a future where cancer no longer steals lives and dreams.

With gratitude and resolve,
Matt Zarcufsky, CFRE
