Launched in 2012, Cancer Free Generation is the young leadership division of TCRF. This group of influential professionals is determined to attack cancer on all fronts by funding innovative research from young physician scientists and support programs for young people impacted by the disease. With this dual approach, CFG’s goal is to help ensure that the next generation becomes the first cancer free generation.

In its 4th year now, The Ante Up! for a Cancer Free Generation poker event has proven to be one of the hottest events in Los Angeles. Scores of Hollywood celebrities including stars from Mad Men, Dancing with the Stars, General Hospital, UFC, Sex and the City, and Austin Powers bet big to beat cancer, helping to raise over $150,000 for research in 2016. Burlesque, unlimited cocktails, caricatures, and the Glam Squad made this event one of the most talked-about social philanthropic events of the year.

Come join survivors, friends, and members of CFG for a one-hour inspirational and challenging ride in the spirit of ending cancer! In it’s inaugural year, Ride for a Cancer Free Generation at Soul Cycle Beverly Hills utilized peer to peer fundraising to raise nearly $100,000 for cancer research and community support programs! Money raised through the 2014 Spin for CFG is now hard at work funding young physician scientists at Children’s Hospital LA and UCLA.
CFG’s outreach and educational initiative, #CFGhottopics Speaker Series, engages young professionals through informative presentations from experts in the cancer field. In these intimate forums, CFG members have the opportunity to network with their peers and engage renowned leaders in the cancer community in discussions about current disease related topics.
