Magnolia Morning Meditation

Start off your week with a greater sense of calm, presence, and focus through the healing practice of meditation. Meditation can also help us with concentration and memory. We explore different types of meditation including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Loving-Kindness, Vipassana (Insight), and many others.
