Summary/Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to understand how the experience of fatigue affects physical activity participation in breast cancer survivors. This patient-centered approach will provide insight into the experience of cancer-related fatigue and how to maximize physical activity participation in this group of breast cancer survivors. This study will identify feasible and acceptable intervention strategies to implement in the future.

You will also have the option to participate in a 30 to 45-minute interview that will be held via teleconference or phone call based on your preference.

Must be:

  • Female sex assigned at birth
  • Age >18 years
  • Diagnosis of stage I to III breast cancer
  • At least 3 months post-completion of primary treatment (i.e., surgery, chemotherapy, and/or radiation; may still be undergoing endocrine or hormone therapies)
  • Currently experiencing clinically elevated fatigue on form administered during screening
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
