Maxine Hupy

Maxine Hupy is a dancer and choreographer from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is a professional ballet dancer with over 20 years of experience. She has performed on international tours with artists like CeeLo Green and Jane’s Addiction and on tv shows like DWTS and the VMAs. She trains clients in ballet, fitness, and heels. 

She received a teaching certification from the Milwaukee Ballet School and performed with Pacific Northwest Ballet. Her breakthrough came in 2013 after moving to Southern California, where she appeared on “D-trix Presents Dance Showdown” as the dance partner and instructor for Arin Hanson, co-host of Game Grumps. The pair won the competition.

Following their victory, Hupy worked with the other host, Dan Avidan, on music videos for his band Ninja Sex Party, choreographing dance routines and making appearances. She posts tutorials on her YouTube channel.

Hupy has since danced for Iggy Azalea, Rita Ora, Cee-Lo Green, and the Dancing With the Stars season finale.
