Marilyn Magaram Center for Food Science, Nutrition, and Dietetics

For more than 30 years the Marilyn Magaram Center (MMC) at California State University, Northridge (CSUN) has provided programs to underserved individuals in our community. Our mission is to enhance and promote health and well-being through research, education, and services in food science, nutrition, and dietetics. The TCRF Community Partner Grant is funding the Whole Body Whole Health (WBWH) Program, which provides services and activities for individuals affected by cancer in the San Fernando Valley area. WBWH is open to the community for cooking demonstrations, cooking classes, gardening, and wellness workshops.
