In-Person Sound Bath

Sound healing, often referred to as a sound bath, sound therapy, or sound meditation, is an integrative therapeutic technique that uses vibration to promote deep relaxation and healing.

This practice typically involves instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, each producing frequencies that help calm the nervous system, release stress, and support overall well-being.

Research shows that this technique has a direct impact on brainwaves and the nervous system, helping to regulate stress responses, slow down brainwave activity, and guide the body into restorative states.
