Emotional Healing Series #3 | 09/09
Session 3 of the 6-Session Series: EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE (EFT)
We will Explore the importance of principles for this powerful and unique“tapping” psychological acupressure technique invented by Gary Craig, forclearing trauma and challenging emotions, understanding bodyintelligence, and creating a sense of emotional balance and harmony. We will learn the process of tapping to input kinetic energy onto specific energymeridians and energy points.
In this 6 module experiential series we will explore Key Aspects of Emotions in Healing:
- Mind-Body Connection: Emotional healing involves acknowledging and integrating painful experiences. Unprocessed emotions can manifest as physical symptoms or tension, while emotional release can lead to reduced pain and better immune function.
- Processing vs. Suppression: Inhibitory emotions (e.g., shame, anxiety) can suppress core emotions, leading to loneliness, depression, and low self-confidence. Instead, allowing emotions to pass to prevent them from becoming trapped in the body. Discover the Change Triangle, a simple tool that guides you from emotional distress back to your calm confident connected self.
CLASS SERIES:
The series is designed where each successive class builds and compliments the previous one. Each class features experiential techniques designed to create emotional harmonization, balance and resiliency, using results based Sound, Energy and Movement Healing protocols. Each class culminates with a Tama - Do sound Harmonization with acoustic instruments associated with the 5 Elements.
Magnolia House is open to anyone impacted by cancer 18+, from diagnosis through survivorship , and, for most classes, caregivers are also welcome.
Christo Pellani
Christo is recognized internationally as a master Health and Wellness Coach, sound & energy healer, rhythm awareness drum circle facilitator, educator, and expressive therapist. He founded Soundformation Healing Arts Academy in 2000, and Vitalize and Harmonize Health Coaching in 2012, where his mission includes facilitating human potential by blending protocols for robust health and wellness coaching with principles of rhythm, sound, and movement therapies. Christo specializes in personalized comprehensive health coaching services for middle aged people with health challenges.
Christo provides evolutionary therapeutic arts services for individuals, schools, retreats, and conferences through unique experiential classes, seminars, ceremonies, and workshops. He also creates and produces critically acclaimed therapeutic sound healing and meditation recordings.
Christo authored an interactive sound healing curriculum, “Living Adventures through Sound,” and he is a certified Tama-Do tm practitioner and instructor. He held a residency as a Sound and Vibration healing instructor for the California Academy for the Healing Arts since 2001, and has staff affiliations with many healing arts institutions including The New Century Foundation, Medicine Dance, Men’s Center of Los Angeles, The Entheogen Institute, Sierra By The Sea Recovery Center, We Spark, Foundation for Living Beauty, and Tower Cancer Research Centers, Rhythmia Life Advancement Center, and Udaya Live yoga and wellness. He maintains a worldwide health and wellness coaching practice based in Ashland, Oregon USA.
