Join us In-Person, enjoy the dishes, learn the power of high antioxidant food combinations to diminish oxidative stress, helping to boost longevity, energy and overall optimal health. In this workshop will explore how antioxidants help reduce cancer risk, boost mitochondria health, and healthy blood.
We’ll break down the science behind oxidative stress, explain the compounds, flavonoids and polyphenols function in the body, plus highlight practical, delicious ways to incorporate nutrient dense and antioxidant-rich foods into your daily diet.

Magnolia House is open to anyone impacted by cancer 18+, from diagnosis through survivorship , and, for most classes, caregivers are also welcome.

Lilly Padilla is the author of Anticancer Habits and Anti-inflammatory Nutrition. She is a certified integrative nutrition coach and holistic nutrition chef specializing in Chinese Nutritional Therapy. Her work blends evidence-based nutrition with Eastern principles and Integrative health to support each client’s unique needs, with a focus on gut health, the microbiome, assimilation of nutrients, mitochondrial function, and immunity. Lilly is also a healthy 23-year cancer survivor.
