Come unwind, relax and restore as we help you disconnect from the thinking mind by guiding you through a series of body, breath and awareness techniques that support the body in releasing physical, mental and/or emotional tension.

(Yoga) Nidra meditation allows the body to enter the space between wakefulness and sleeping to unlock it’s healing potential. This ancient yogic technique effortlessly takes you to a state of deep relaxation where you may change your relationship to pain, uncomfortable habits and stressful situations.

No prior meditation experience necessary.

Magnolia House is open to anyone impacted by cancer 18+, from diagnosis through survivorship , and, for most classes, caregivers are also welcome.
