Magnolia House Class
This class begins with simple breathing techniques combined with gentle yoga poses/movements (asana) to support the release of stored up tension, tightness and stress in the body/mind. It may include: seated, standing and lying down postures which can be done in a chair, on the floor or in a bed to support whole body wellness. Each class ends with a short guided meditation to help restore the nervous system back to a state of balance thereby boosting the immune system. Students are encouraged to go at their own pace and listen to their bodies.
All levels are welcome.
