6-Session Self-Healing Workshop Series
This is a 6-session self-healing workshop series rooted in the Five Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which explores how our physical health, emotions, mental clarity, and overall well-being are deeply connected to nature. Through gentle, preventative practices, participants will learn ways to restore balance, support the nervous system, and build emotional resilience over time.
Each session builds upon the previous one and includes Qi Gong movement, breathwork, guided visualization, journaling, and sound healing using the voice and specially tuned instruments. Together, these practices offer practical tools for stress reduction, self-care, and reconnecting with the body’s natural capacity for healing and harmony.
