Lilly Padilla is the author of Anticancer Habits and Anti-inflammatory Nutrition. She is a certified integrative nutrition coach and holistic nutrition chef specializing in Chinese Nutritional Therapy. Her work blends evidence-based nutrition with Eastern principles and Integrative health to support each client’s unique needs, with a focus on gut health, the microbiome, assimilation of nutrients, mitochondrial function, and immunity. Lilly is also a healthy 23-year cancer survivor.
