Gentle movement to keep muscles and joints supple, breath work to relax the nervous system, and meditation to reduce stress and anxiety. Using the tools of neuroplasticity and brain remapping, you will experience a reduction of stress and develop resilience. These techniques will support you by easing the side effects of treatment.
Great for beginners as well as those currently in treatment. You have the option of practicing in a chair. An opportunity to relax, rejuvenate while taking time and space for yourself.
All levels welcome.
