Nutrition for inter-relating systems, the relationships that heal and bring back health synchronicity and homeostasis. There is a deep relationship between the body systems (how they work together) along with the earth, food, seasonal changes in bacteria, cooking methods and our health. The connectivity of our organs, systems, food-nutrients, water, earth minerals and diseases.
Learning to make nutritional dishes for synchronized nutrition that can connect you back with the power of the earth rhythms and elements to prevent chronic diseases. Also learn the big picture of root causes of imbalances, common mistakes that are overlooked in health-related nutrition.
Magnolia House is open to anyone impacted by cancer 18+, from diagnosis through survivorship , and, for most classes, caregivers are also welcome.

Lilly Padilla is the author of Anticancer Habits and Anti-inflammatory Nutrition. She is a certified integrative nutrition coach and holistic nutrition chef specializing in Chinese Nutritional Therapy. Her work blends evidence-based nutrition with Eastern principles and Integrative health to support each client’s unique needs, with a focus on gut health, the microbiome, assimilation of nutrients, mitochondrial function, and immunity. Lilly is also a healthy 23-year cancer survivor.
